Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Probationary Engineer position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a first-class B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree in Electronics, Communication, Telecommunication, or Mechanical disciplines from an AICTE-approved institution. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, a pass class is sufficient. Final-year students awaiting results may also apply, provided they can produce their degree certificates at the time of joining.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 25 years as of 01 January 2025. Age relaxations are available as follows:

The selection process involves two stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT): The test will be held in March 2025 and includes 125 questions—100 technical and 25 general aptitude. It is a 120-minute exam with a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.
Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will be invited for a personal interview. The final selection is based on combined scores from the CBT (85% weightage) and the interview (15% weightage).
