Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from Retired Officers from Defence forces who have held Senior positions towards engagement of External Advisors on a fixed tenure basis for Corporate Quality. Following the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025, there is only one seat available for the assigned position. The age limit of candidates applying for the post must not be more than 62 years. The selected candidates will be placed in Delhi. The applicants will be appointed for a period of One year which may be extended year-on-year based on business requirements and individual’s performance up to a maximum of 3 years (i.e. overall tenure of 3 years) or till the incumbent attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

In reference to the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025, applicants are required to hold a B.E/B. Tech in Electronics or Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering from an AICTE approved College/Institute or a recognized University with a Pass class for the opportunity along with this a minimum of 30 years of experience in defence forces (Minimum 15 yrs with DGQA or DGAQA or DGNAI) and retired as Major General /equivalent rank or above rank. The candidates selected for the position mentioned above will be given a monthly income of Rs.150000 for the candidates retired on the grade of ED or equivalent and Rs.120000 for GM or equivalent. The selected candidates will be given a conveyance allowance of Rs.8000 per month.
