TOM, who has been making his mark with his lively, frank and solid writing for the last 6 years, is a resident of India. After completing BA (Prog) from Delhi University and MA in Political Science from IGNOU, he currently lives in India and is committed and dedicated to freelance writing. Ram is known for serious, combative and critical/review writing on a variety of topics including government jobs, private jobs, admit cards, results, government schemes, new policies and schemes of the government and is known for his frank writing despite being a victim of controversies many times.
